The fried chicken here is absolutely solid. It's honestly a hard choice for me on some days between Tumble 22 or Gus Fried Chicken. Tumble has those tasty French fries and Mac and cheese. Their key lime pie is incredible and I always have to order one at the end of each meal. They also have the cleanest restroom too 😂.

Ordered off the early dine menu! I had the 2 piece tenders. I had them put one spice level “Hot” and the other “Mo’ Hot”. If you come here for HOT chicken, get “Mo’ Hot” because it’s similar to normal “Hot” at other places, whereas the one here isn’t spicy at all. I think even if you have a low spice tolerance, you can take the “Hot”. Tenders here have less crunch but more meat I feel. Fries are decent!

Pretty good all around hot chicken place. They've got mac and cheese unlike houston tx hot chicken down the street making this an easy choice for me.
I got the 2 piece tenders, some mac and cheese, and some crazy fries. -Crazy fries were easily the best out of the three. Fries were thin and doused in white queso along with shredded hot fried chicken. -Hot chicken was good. High quality meat cooked well. I think the only downside was that their spiciness index is weak. You definitely need to err on the spicier side when choosing your heat. -Mac and cheese was meh. It's good, just nothing really special to write home about. White sauce Mac with spiral noodles. Would have appreciated some zest or breading topping.
Service was meh too. Welcoming atmosphere, even a nice place to bring a customer for a lunch beer... Just you can't let me sit there for 20 minutes before serving me, pal.
I'll chalk this down as a good place to bring a customer for lunch. Not somewhere I'd crave to eat alone but they have cheap beers and it's a friendly stress free environment with good food, so there's that.

My girlfriend has been talking non-stop about Tumble 22 and how good it is. We decided to come and try it out and Jordan was super welcoming. Since it was my first time he gave me a sampler of the sides and hotness levels of the chicken. I was super impressed on how big the portions are.
