Great food, service and atmosphere. This is a great place to eat. Gauchos Do Sul is a little pricey but it's worth it. Only compliant is that the deserts we took home were really small.
Great salad bar. You could also call it an appetizer bar as it has boiled shrimp, sliced meats, salmon, and cheeses in addition to a variety of salads and pickled veggies. As to meats, several tasty options with the only negative was the pork belly was chewy. Great place to celebrate a special occasion!

This place is our favorite Brazilian restaurant of all time, to the point where they know us when we walk in and don't even ask for our drink order, embarrassingly. We used to go to Texas de Brazil, Avenida Brazil, and Fogo de Chao, but once we discovered Gauchos, I don't think we've been to any other Brazilian gaucho restaurants.
