We love Potbelly sandwiches and their chile! The food is very tasty and you get a lot for your money. We like to eat in at Potbelly because the service is always great with smiling faces behind the counter. Today we ordered sandwiches to be delivered but the Doordash delivery person delivered it to the wrong house. Just came in for lunch earlier today and the food was hot and quite delicious! But the service was absolutely outstanding, I was having trouble ordering my free entree through the app and Chloe, which I'm assuming was one of the managers because of her proficiency and professionalism, made my food piping hot exactly how I like it and was able to add my coupon on at the register! Overall great experience and outstanding customer service! I will be returning for more

Best sandwich I've had in a very long time. Potbelly has left me spoiled. I won't be able to visit their competitors. I got the Italian on flatbread with Mayo, hot peppers and Italian seasonings. Putting the sandwiches under the broiler makes them hot and toasty. The cheese was melty and gooey and delicious. If the Italian meats wasn't enough, the hot peppers gave it a good kick.
