The signage was torn for a long period of time, like several months close to a year, right off hwy 290 and pinmont St in Houston, TX. Service was good, just a bad store appearance from the street.

It doesn't matter the day of the week, or who is working the drive-thru....they always have bad energy. Like, they are literally always mad about something. They talk rough, and treat you like you're bothering them.
You ask for jelly, they give you one. They upsize your meal without your requesting it, which costs more.
They don't thank you, or show any gratitude for your patronage.

4 stars because it took a minute for someone to help us, and both employees who helped didn't seem to want to be there. It was the middle of the afternoon and slow time, but...
