I read the poor reviews and decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt during the graveyard shift at 4:30am. They were spot on. Food was ok (although my blueberry pancakes were undercooked in the center) but service was terrible. The waitress forgot my coffee refill twice. The first reminder came after waiting 5 minutes, and she said they were brewing it. The second reminder came after she spent 10 minutes talking to another party.
It was great to eat at an IHOP and not have to wait. Fast service, hot food and pleasant employees. Well kept and clean. One of the nicest Ive been to. Omelettes are great, especially the Poblano. Ask for extra sauce.

The service was absolutely terrible. It took a long time to even order even though there were hardly any other customers. Waitress did not know how to use her computer to order nor did she know the menu. Eventually we got the food, it was ok. The pancakes were cold and I really didn't want them, I wanted hash browns they eventually showed up. I ended up paying about $20 for an omelette. It would have been nice to have an itemized bill so I knew what I was paying for.
