This is, by far, the best IHOP my family and I have ever visited! I would especially like to commend a few of the wonderful waitresses—Daphne (Ann), Ms. Cheryl, and Amira—for their exceptional hospitality and welcoming attitudes.
They consistently go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need without having to ask. Our orders are always served in a timely manner, and they make every visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.

This was my first time at this location and I must admit that it was a wonderful experience. Mario the manager gave such exceptional service. He was very helpful, made sure everything was up to our standards, and that we were very satisfied with everything!! I wish I could give everything beyond 5 stars!! Definitely would recommend this location!!!!

The dining experience can be hit-or-miss, with slow service and suboptimal food temperatures reported. However, the manager greets customers right away, making them feel at home, and the waitstaff is attentive and kind, providing a great feeling, especially after church. While the food can be decent, the portion sizes are sometimes quite small, leading customers to order more.
