I, a black elderly male, was ignored when I went into the Wingstop on Bay Area Blvd in Houston, on Sunday, 4/18/21, around 1pm, to pick up my order. However, as soon as a young white female entered the restaurant, after me, she was waited on immediately.
I was waited on after the young white female left.
The white woman who works there, made me feel invisible, like an after thought. Is this Wingstop's idea of fair and friendly customer service?

Horrible horrible horrible customer service during this “boil water” restriction.. I ordered an 8 piece combo and paid online. When I was given my order I asked for my soda. Her reply was “Due to water boiling restrictions, we’re not giving them out.” I asked how this works since I paid for the drink already? Her reply was “well you ordered the combo and it’s a discounted rate already, so we’re not giving anything, not substituting anything for it either”....read full review
