honestly, one of my worst experiences with Wingstop, first they gave me the completely wrong order, and don’t bother to tell me, even though I placed the order on calls, so they had my phone number, second the food is absolutely disappointing the fries are completely bland and the wings are sauced awfully.

LONG HAIR ON MY KIDS CHICKEN STRIPS..Today Feb 26,2024 at around 4:30 p.m I placed a order to go .1st my food was not cooked all the way fries had no salt when I asked for extra salt and cooked well done,worst-case is on my 3 year old daughter's chicken strips when she was eating it she was like choking trying to spit out the food and when she did, there was a very long hair wrapped around her chicken strips this the worse thing to happen to my child what if she choked on that long long hair tangled coming from inside the strip that's nasty

Ordered a combo for 2 to watch the CFP game and the food was absolutely terrible. The fries were UNseasoned, cold, and soggy. Clearly weren't cooked to order. The wings (lemon pepper and Cajun) were cold aa if they had been sitting and had little to no flavor. Not to mention wings are missing! Ordered 15 and only received 12. Food is entirely too expensive to mess over people's order and take their money. Cooks had 1 job and beyond cooking, they failed in execution of making it edible. Waste of money.

Quality control and service are deplorable. Purchased 25 wings and ordered sauces on the side. I specifically asked them at pick up if they remembered to put the side sauces in the bag. I do this because it is a curiously frequent fail to have items left out. I mean, How hard is it to check the list and put the items in the bag but I digress. They responded “yes” and called out exactly what sauces were on the order which gave me some confidence they had packed them. I got home and, of course, sauces were left out. I called them and their only response was, “oh, we got confused. Do you want us to credit the money back for the sauces”. I’m sorry but $50 worth of hot wings are now just fried chicken because you left out the sauce and crediting the $2.50 I paid for them Isn’t going to make it right. Know your business, show some pride in your work, get the order packed correctly and when you F up, make it right. Food is OK for take out wings. I assume the fries would be better if you ate them at the restaurant but you can expect them to be soggy if you are taking away.

Think I caught norovirus after ordering from here Wingstop is really a favorite of mine but after I ate here I’ve been spending a lotta time in the bathroom due to norovirus haven’t had anything else then hospital food lately either which makes me wonder if they double fry their chicken
