Great service! They accidentally brought the wrong burger, but the waiter immediately apologized and said he’d fix it right away. A minute later, the manager came over, apologized again, and offered us a free appetizer while we waited. We said it wasn’t necessary, but he insisted on bringing us a free dessert instead. You can tell they really care about their customers and want to make things right. Awesome service and great attitude — we will definitely be back!
I was really surprised about the experience.. in a good way.. even that the place was full, service was relatively fast, waiter was efficient, and helpfull.. we could still have a conversation at the booth where we were sitting even with the placed packed.. and the best surprise came when the food arrived.. we where a party of 4 and all enjoyed the food... it was spot on.. really good.. my hamburger was cooked at the right tema, same as the other food.. there pretzel...
