Ye's Ichiban Steakhouse and Sushi (NO GRILLS)

The best experience ever. Great food, the sushi taste so fresh, and the hibachi pick 2 was an excellent choice. I recommend this restaurant to all of you who want a good experience with family and friends. The staff is very friendly. I'll definitely be back. 🥳❤️‍🔥

Amazing experience i had at Ye' Ichiban the food was amazing and fresh. My favorite roll is the classyroll with crunchy flakes ok top. Shelby was very kind and respectful. I wish i could have tried all the rolls in the menu, but next time i will try them for sure. Also Very clean and well-maintained place. Organized, and welcoming. Great experience overall! 10 stars. 🍣💯

My daughters were craving sushi, so we had to stop by one of our favorite places. We’ve been here many times, and it’s always our safe go-to spot. We started with crab puffs, salad, and clear soup, then ordered the Shaggy Dog roll, Ye’s Ichiban Golden Roll, and chicken fried rice. Everything was delicious! The rest of the food didn’t even make it to the picture because we ate it so fast. Great food, fresh flavors, and always a place we enjoy coming back to!

Okay, here’s the deal.
This is a family owned business. They care. Way beyond anyplace I’ve ever been. Hibachi is hibachi usually. Not here. It’s way more than that. They even have American food for people that may not like Japanese food.
I’ve had the steak. The chicken, pork and shrimp. All top notch.
However, If you like seared yellowfin tuna with garlic, butter and pepper then no other hibachi place offers this. Jesus, it was fantastic!!! Better than any seafood place I’ve been.
And if you are a shrimp or steak person you have to try the tuna. I now prefer the yellowfin tuna steak over anything else. They were so surprised by my love for the tuna hibachi that they brought me a sample of the red pepper tuna sliced thin with savory oils and seasoning. Damn!!
I’ve driven by Ye’s for years and never stopped in until here recently.
I think this place was under other management and may have a stigma or something.
You gotta try this. You’ll make it a regular place. Full bar also.
Just do it!!! Just do it. Eat. Enjoy. I have no doubt you’ll be floored.

Been coming here for years and just realized I haven't left a review yet. The sushi here is super tasty, the fried rice as well. I love coming for happy hour even as a pre-gym meal. Menu has a lot of variety and every time I try something new im not disappointed. This is my go to sushi restaurant close to home and I recommend it all the time.

This restaurant has become my favorite in Houston. Shelby and her family have not only taken great care of me but all of my friends that I bring to their establishment. The food is impeccable and the service they provide is truly top tier. I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone who’s looking for quality food and service. 1000000/10! I loved this place. Food was amazing; we ordered tempura shrimp and jalapeño jets(so bomb) for apps, the shaggy dog and crunchy roll (they were generously sized), and then the hibachi entree with steak/chicken/shrimp, fried rice & mixed veggies. Absolutely delicious!! I don’t remember the last time I loved everything about a restaurant but here I did. Also ordered lychee martinis, they were perfect! Service was so great, everyone was kind and eager to get what you needed. This will definitely be somewhere I go regularly now :)

This restaurant is extremely clean and well organized. The staff is unbelievably professional, friendly, and well-presented. The food is absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. Honestly, it deserves six stars! I truly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be recommending it to everyone I know.
