Food is great, some of the staff do not seem to understand how a service industry works. You may get ignored here just for asking for a to go boxes. Mind you, this was not during peak hours where I could understand getting overwhelmed with orders and customers.
Only come in on Mondays for the $6 burrito bowl and its always ok and, the staff are always friendly. Meat always seems to be kind of burnt tasting though so I would recommend the chicken instead of the beef. Don't care for the orange rice and brown beans either, I think the white rice + black beans combination is the best tasting. Cold inside.
I absolutely love this location. I had a complicated to-go order for my picky family and they got everything correct. They labeled each plate for everyone. Thank you to Miles, Ray, and Ellie for going above and beyond with customer service.
