Disappointing experience at 9:50 PM. The lobby was open, yet I was told to order through the drive-thru and the cashier was unhelpful and briefly rude. The reason I prefer inside orders is to avoid drive-thru mistakes, which have happened in the past. Clear, consistent policies and better customer service are needed for regulars who expect to order inside when dining is available. I hope the management addresses this to prevent future frustration.
Very slow, lazy service, nasty place trash on the floor and dirty tables ,2-3 total employees
I wanted to grab a quick whopper before heading to pick up my girlfriend’s sister from the airport and it definitely hit the spot. The guy that took my order knew what he was talking about and was very professional and quick. He made sure my order was correct before sending me to the window. I got the whopper with cheese and a honey mustard chicken wrap! I wish I had taken a photo of them because they did look very delicious and well wrapped.
