“Food is good. I been here at this location few times and There is not enough staff to make the proteins like they call it. The CSR that served us, had to go to the back to get our meat. Then the CSR finished our bowls and went back to make more bowls for other customers and we were left waiting to be charged for a good long time.
A cashier was checking transactions on like 30 or more receipts, didn’t even say, please wait or I’ll be with you shortly. All of the sudden the place got full of clients and we were all waiting because the cashier was still checking receipts, finally after a good while the guy that did our bowls, charged us so we can go. They noticed I grabbed the managers business card and the girl that kept checking receipts gave me a look and she knew then I was not going to give a good review. I do not like to give bad reviews but managers need to know how staff handles their business when they are not around.“
