The menu features a variety of dishes, including the fajita beef burrito, comida deluxe, cheese enchiladas, and most importantly, Chili con carne (Chuy’s Tex-Mex), which are all highly recommended. The restaurant is kid-friendly, providing coloring pages and dough for kids to play with. The service is exceptional, with staff that is extremely attentive and accommodating. Store Manager Mark Wilson and Assistant Manager Jersey have taken the Humble Chuy’s to the next level, ensuring consistent cooking and quality. Chuy's is known for its great lightly fried flautas and unique tasty cuisine influenced by New Mexico, including Hatch green chili salsa and green chili rice. While they no longer offer Elvis fried chicken, the food is always good and reasonably priced. Overall, Chuy's is a great place to dine with family and friends, providing a fun atmosphere where customers feel completely satisfied.
