Iza Robata Humble is described as the best restaurant in the area, if not the best in Houston, with a perfect menu, hospitality, staff, and atmosphere. It serves real Japanese food. The food is really great, and the atmosphere is always kind and welcoming. The food comes out fast and fresh. Guests have enjoyed meals such as Croquette Tezukuri, Seafood Ramen, steamed buns, tonkotsu ramen, shaggy dog, Vegas roll, a croquette, Hibachi Chicken, and kids chicken ramen. The steamed buns were soft, soupy, and delicious, while the tonkotsu ramen was well cooked, with a soft spice flavor, including the bamboo shoots, and the pork was bite-softened. Portions are big and well flavored. The service is amazing, with extremely fair prices, and the food and atmosphere are very clean. One waiter recommended food from the menu and was point on. This is a wonderful place near home, and regulars will return.
