“We walked in and it was almost as if we were alone. No greeting, no associate waiting at the register and no visible person. We waited probably 30 seconds and an associate came from the kitchen to bring food to drive through, still no greet or acknowledgement. Fortunately this was a mobile order but what a lackluster experience. It's a good thing the food is always great.“
