Accidentally stumbled onto this amazing gem. I was about to drive across town and pay $15 for an egg salad sandwich. I just happened to stop for soda at the store next door. The owner is absolutely wonderful. He made me a delicious egg salad and side salad from scratch while I waited in no time. I will definitely be back many times.
MiChef is amazing! Booked them for my wedding a few weeks ago and they exceeded my expectations. All our guests LOVED the Shrimp Étouffée! We chose to do the buffet style and all the food stayed fresh and hot. Chef Mark is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend MiChef catering!
