“I want to specifically state that this five star review does not belong to Papa John’s itself nor the call center. This five star review belongs to Fabian the assistant store manager at location 7591 Farm to Market 1960 Rd E, Atascocita, TX 77346.Fabian went above and beyond to help assist me in finding my order. It got to a point though where Fabian had his hands tied. His system would only allow him to do so much. This led to several phone calls back-and-forth calling different locations in the area as well as the Call Center, VERY FRUSTRATING only to be told no one could find my order and that now I had to wait an additional 15 minutes or so for the call center to find the location my order was placed at. My order was placed well over an hour ago we are actually approaching about two hours now. Highly agitated I called back to the location Fabian is at. I explain to him what the call center had told me and he was able to then find the error The call center made. Apparently this Has been an ongoing issue with the call center.I run a Harley Davidson dealership my level of customer service is superb and I expect the same and nothing less. I highly advise that Papa John’s looks into this call-center and maybe revise their business plan as far as receiving and distributing orders.Fabian needs to be recognized for his level of customer service as well as his ability to be fast and efficient at getting me my order, nice and hot and fresh.Thank you Fabian! 100⭐️“
“They were very shorthanded the day I went in there. I think I only saw two employees working, a young guy and a young girl, but they were working their asses off! Me and two DoorDashers pretty much walked in at the same time and they got all three of our orders relatively quick considering there were only two employees working. Very impressed with their work ethic for young people. You don’t see a lot of that nowadays in the food industry. 👍👍👍“
