Based on the reviews, Rising Sun Sushi & Fusion is a laid-back gem offering flavorful comfort in a chill setting. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and nice, with chill vibes and excellent background music. The food is consistently tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Menu highlights include the crispy calamari, crispy grouper filet with chili sauce, steamed rice, miso soup, Cajun Lobster Roll, Shaggy Dog Roll, and spicy salmon hand rolls. The spicy salmon hand rolls are noted for not cheating customers out of the salmon by mixing crunch toppings. The $30 all-you-can-eat option and Happy Hour are popular, and the food is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and happy to assist with the menu. The speed of service leaves you shocked. The restaurant offers a beautiful presentation whether dining in or taking out. It is one of the best sushi places and a great place to recommend.
