“Tai Li relocated and combined restaurants with Fujiya. Lai Li is basically a Chinese restaurant with hot and sour chicken, egg foo yung, etc. Fujiya is a Japanese restaurant with sushi, special rolls, etc. Now here when it gets interesting. The menu is not a fusion of the two cultures. Their menus are separate and pretty much the same as when they weren’t co-housed. Tai Li food remains delicious. It’s certainly busier now and something the Fujiya wait staff is not as familiar with some of off menu foods that Tai li has offered for years. Over the “fusion” works. I believe it’s now only called Tai Li but the sign outside continues to say Fujiya.“

“This is our go to place for chicken salad. We usually order a quart of chicken salad and pair it with croissants from Costco. That combo makes for a great sandwich. Wish they would update the dine in area of the restaurant as it's looking a little tired.“

Her energy was contagious and as a teacher I felt compelled to listen and encourage her more as a young woman. The experience while waiting on my order was the highlight of my day and made the time pass by quickly. Her manager, Stephen, was notified and even joined us outside to hear of the experience as well. Everyone was all smiles, laughter, and close to tears as similar life stories were shared while waiting on pasta! Great job to Erin. “I am a frequent visitor to this outstanding place. The food is consistently good all the time. It’s one of my favorite places at the Houston airport. The staff is always friendly and accommodating especially the manager I see in the mornings/afternoon. I recommend the breakfast items and the salads. ?“

“Food was really great. We had the fried shrimp, the shrimp crab cake sandwich, and the tuna steak sandwich. All three of us really enjoyed the food. Deduct one star for cleanliness, the soda machine being broken, and one of the cooks was rather impolite when I asked for cocktail sauce for my shrimp AND ranch for my fries. He didn’t like the idea of two sauces evidently lol. Other than that we were very impressed and will return.“

“This restaurant deserves the 5 stars. A tall and skinny lady who attended me is very lovely. Every time that I travel, I go to the market by Villa and buy a market meal they're so delicious that the tall and skinny lady always attends me. I always want her to attend me.“
