“I ordered from what I (mistakenly) thought was the Bao's website but it was actually Door Dash. I guess I was in a hurry and didn't pay close attention. I got a notification that my order had been delivered, but it had not - it went to the wrong address. I called the restaurant to tell them of "their" mistake and they politely let me know that was Door Dash who had delivered, not them. However, even though this was no fault of Bao's, they offered to remake my order and deliver it to me for free. I called Door Dash and got a refund from them, so I definitely could not take a free meal from Bao's, especially when the mistake was not their fault. I told them I would come pick it up and I'd be happy to pay for it. When I got there, the owner came out and apologized for the issue (again, no fault at all of theirs) and when they rang up my order, they gave me a 50% discount. When I got home, I realized they had even put some items with my order they included for free. It would have been easy for them to say, "this was not our fault, you need to take it up with Door Dash" but they went above and beyond to make sure a customer was happy. I will continue to order from Bao's. They are a local, family-owned business and I was VERY impressed with that kind of concern for their customers. .....Also, the food is really good too.Joseph P“

“The Dixie deli is a great place to grab a sandwich for lunch. They are only open for lunch Monday through Friday. My wife had the lunch special with the ham and American cheese sandwich, and I had the hot roast beef with the au jus. Both sandwiches were excellent!Parking: Easy to get in and out. “In all of my 26 years of all my life, this was the first time I've ever had pho! It was so so soooo good. So much more flavorful than I expected. The chicken was very tender and soft and seasoned very well. The plate was only $8-$9 and ginormous. Service was speedy and efficient. You can tell it's a well loved restaurant because it was packed at 1 pm on a Tuesday. It was extremely clean, and I LOVE that. I also had the coconut drink to drink and it was very very tasty. I will definitely be coming back here for lunch!“

This was disappointing, and the situation was exacerbated by the host's response when I requested clean plates; his glare was off-putting and made me feel like a bother rather than a valued guest.However, the dining experience took a positive turn with the introduction of our waitress, Bailey. Her attentiveness and genuine helpfulness greatly enhanced our evening. Bailey was quick to address our needs, offered great menu suggestions, and ensured our drinks were always refilled, bringing a warm and welcoming vibe that the host initially missed.The food itself at Gringo's was delightful.
