My husband works in Huntsville quite often and has brought food from here for dinner. I’ve always enjoyed the food but until yesterday , I had never met the staff. Oh my God, everyone is so nice , sweet and professional. I had the best experience here. I’ll have my husband bring me more often so I can experience the full effect of the best barbecue in Texas.
Great bbq, the meats were moist and tender with a good smoked flavor. The sauce was vinegar based, and although not my kind of sauce, it was good. We tried a little of everything and it did not disappoint. The sides are good too. There is no signage out front of the cedar sided building but GPS will tell you when you're there. Very nice folks that take pride in their craft, I will definitely make it a point to stop again when in the area.
