I was have trouble my order in the app. Jose came out to help and then came back to check in to see if I was able to get my order in. Very good customer service!
Slow service.
Can't get a complete order correct.
Ask for marinara, they send out Ranch Dressing.
Half the staff act like they are bothered that you're there.
Such a complete disgrace.
I waited 4 minutes at the drive thru speaker! No one acknowledged me. I Waited till all the cars left the window and then I pulled up to the window. She took my order at the window. Gave me my cold cheese sticks and my drink! She then took my debit card and was gone for two minutes before she brought it back to the window. I was at the drive-through speaker and by the time I left the window it was 10 minutes! Did she do something to my debit card? I will watch my account...read full review
