“It was the national chicken strip day & they were giving a free chicken strip if you bought The Box. No free chicken strip given after getting home. I wouldn't have even stopped by if it wasn't, yes just going for the free strip. So I called to let them know in a fun way...are y'all forgetting to give the free chicken strip?! Anyway, they made up for it. They also gave me a sweet tea when I ordered an unsweet tea but didn't know that till after I got home, added stevia to my tea, took a sip & it was overly sweet!! Not good! But they did correct it more than they should have, so all is good & happy.“

“I order through DoorDash and sometimes there is no place to put notes so I have to call in and ask for Tatar and lemon for my fish orders but lately I have not had to call, they recognize my name and automatically know to add it with my order! They are on point and I appreciate it so much!“
