VERY DISAPPOINTED! Almost an hour after placing the order for delivery, I receive a call they are out of bread and that I can wait an additional thirty minutes for bread. When I suggest they just cancel my order, the response was "that's fine by us!" I understand covid-19 is limiting people's jobs. Jimmy Johns seems indifferent about their customers and their satisfaction.
Thus is the 2nd time this occurred. Tonight I called at 7:08 and ordered for delivery. I was told there was 1 person ahead of me, so based on that I ordered. I called at 8:03 pm and was told they were extremely busy. I again called at 8:28 and asked them to cancel my order. I am at work and my patients start arriving at 8:30 and unknown where my order wad. I explained I would not have made the order if they had just been honest.
