It’s very disappointing to have a company such as Papa John’s leave a customer for three full rotations of your phones “hold” service to the point that I heard you click over and literally instead of saying “thank you calling Papa John’s can you please hold?” I mean do the managers actually care about customer service? Customer service is terrible. Teenagers talking to adults bad. The girl on the phone was not friendly at all. I still gave my driver big tip.
