“I got a pot pie and I dined in and the pot pie was so dry. I had to take it back well. They made me a fresh one and I waited about 25 minutes on it. I took it home with me and when I got home it too was very dry. I ended up throwing it away about a week later. I stopped in the store and I told the manager about the situation and he offered me a two-piece meal of my choice which I got. I took it home and it was absolutely wonderful. The chicken there is wonderful but they do not know how to make the pot pies right? They don't put enough sauce in them for some reason. They are way too dry. I've had many of pot pies at many different KFCs and they were just wonderful, but this particular store has an issue with making them. The people there are very nice and very helpful and I recommend the store but look out for that pot pie there guys lol sincerely, Joseph E. Hall of Hutto, Texas“

His customer service is absolutely superb and goes above and beyond expectations. Because of Taegen, we genuinely love coming back to this Chick-fil-A branch in Round Rock. “We came on a Thursday around 2pm.
I have 6 boys and myself and my mother. We ordered and everyone was so nice! No gruffs or moans seeing me and my huge crew walk in. The lady at the register was extremely nice and helpful! The manager was running around with his crew, the place was super clean, every employee was smiling and working and everything was stocked. Way to go crew! Yall are killin it!! It’s not very often a place runs this smooth. I am impressed!! We will definitely be back!“

“I ordered the whole chicken and it came with a small container of rice and beans. It also came with a grilled onion, half a lime, several corn tortillas, red salsa and green salsa. Everything was amazing! The chicken was delicious, the rice was good, the beans were great both salsas are great but I prefer the red one. The green one was too spicy for me. The portions of rice and beans are small so if you are ordering for a large group, you should probably order extra rice and beans.“

“This is the best Chick fil A location I have ever been to by far!!! The manager Spencer ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied and he’s always on his toes helping out. He always greets my daughter and I with a smile as well as the other workers there. Plus they always deliver our food super fast!“

“I'm a big foodie when it comes to halal food, and this is the best fast food chicken in Texas , or can compete with the best. I personally believe the owner should sell his gas station and invest it all into Krispy crunchy. It would be very successful inshaAllah. The biscuits have great flavor, but I would try to improve the texture if they can.“

“We do mobile drive-thru orders here at least twice a week, and occasionally sit in the small outside area. They are quick, accurate, and very friendly. We've had mistakes in our order, but VERY rarely and still way less than other restaurants.“
