Customer service here is always great and on point, the team is always the sweetest! Tonight my cashier was Jordan (drive-thru) and he was awesome. He didn’t rush me while I was ordering, which I really appreciate, and he was super friendly at the window. My order came out fast and correct. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews, every time I’ve come here the service has been quick and the staff has been amazing!“

“I never had a bad experience at chic fil an until yesterday. it really messed with my spirit on how disrespected i was. Chelsea Lang talked to everyone and checked on everyone except me and my friend. I tried walking by her saying excuse me and she didn’t move as she was talking to a table. i couldnt get by because she was standing in the way. i’m not rude far from it and im not going to bump into anyone.. it’s not necessary because there couldve been space if she acknowledged i was trying to get by. she goes on to another table im still trying to get by.. how can you not see me? or just didn’t care. i ate and sat back to see just how long it would take because if you go to chic fil a faithfully you know someone always makes sure your experience is 10/10!! nope not Chelsea Lang. completely walked past my table to check on the people in front of me, the side of me and behind me. I left disappointed honestly. it’s that one bad experience really puts a bad taste in your mouth and not ever want to go back. Thanks Chelsea Lang.“

“Best drive through of all the Chick-Fil-A's. The others get too congested and difficult to get in and out of. This one is a lot easier and better designed for high traffic flow.“

“We came on a Thursday around 2pm.
I have 6 boys and myself and my mother. We ordered and everyone was so nice! No gruffs or moans seeing me and my huge crew walk in. The lady at the register was extremely nice and helpful! The manager was running around with his crew, the place was super clean, every employee was smiling and working and everything was stocked. Way to go crew! Yall are killin it!! It’s not very often a place runs this smooth. I am impressed!! We will definitely be back!“

The manager Spencer ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied and he’s always on his toes helping out. “Second time my order was messed up from this location. Oh well. :( Called the number on the receipt and was told I have to drive all the way there to have the 10$ order that was missing resolved. They should provide quick rapid solutions for situations like this. I offered a solution and requested if they can have it delivered to my address and I will pay the delivery. They said no. They cant. Its not like I ordered food for tommorow and its okay to wait a week for a resolution.“

“I ordered the whole chicken and it came with a small container of rice and beans. It also came with a grilled onion, half a lime, several corn tortillas, red salsa and green salsa. Everything was amazing! The chicken was delicious, the rice was good, the beans were great both salsas are great but I prefer the red one. The green one was too spicy for me. The portions of rice and beans are small so if you are ordering for a large group, you should probably order extra rice and beans.“
