I was a walk-in to this brand new location and the staff was nothing but courteous and professional.
Employees aren't happy to be at work, bearly said a word. Food is great but unpleasant to eat there

Jersey Mike's Subs offers a mix of experiences for customers. Many appreciate the fresh taste of the food and the generous portions; sandwiches like the giant turkey and regular Philly are particularly praised. Staff members, such as Koby, have received commendations for their attentiveness, especially towards allergies, ensuring a safe dining experience. However, some reviews highlight cleanliness issues, with raw meat being visible in the display case and the need for better overall hygiene. Additionally, there are mentions of rude service from a few staff members, including management, which detracts from the overall experience. While some diners have faced challenges, many still enjoy the food and the willingness to customize orders, making Jersey Mike's a favored choice over competitors.
