We love coming here, the drinks are great and we love as a family to visit often. My main issue is that we have walked out 15 mins before closing with the young employee following us to put on the close sign. Another time 30 minutes before closing the very annoyed lady at the counter made an announcement to remind us they would close in 30 mins. When this establishment first opened up and when the owners were around more, the food quality and customer service was great. Things have really gone downhill. You guys are offering all these new products on the menu but at the cost of what seems to be overall product quality and customer service. Good drink, but not worth the wait. I came in on a Thursday afternoon and there was only one family of four that ordered ahead of me and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my drink. They did have a sign to be patient with the baristas, but 30 minutes to wait for one drink with only one party ahead of you is excessive. I ordered the Thai green tea which was good, but the boba was hard. Their menu has a huge variety of different drinks.
