Years ago I thought it would be really great to have a fast food place where you can get healthy food on the go. And then somone else made it happen! Earlier this year, my husband and I stumbled upon Salad and Go and were immediately hooked! Great (healthy) food choices at reasonable prices accompanied by fantastic staff/service! ? First of all, every salad is made to order. The salads are not premade.
Secondly, the ingredients are fresh daily, and just like fresh ingredients... sometimes they oxidize from the time the store opens, until the dinner rush (common sense) ... especially avocados.
