Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has an amazing staff and location. A new employee at the drive-thru is bubbly and loving life, making customers feel like they are visiting a friend. Another staff member named Ms. Jasmin is quick, efficient, and professional, providing all around great service. A barista named Joanna was very helpful and guided a customer into choosing the correct coffee. The staff is overwhelmed, likely due to delivery orders, but they remain super composed and friendly. The environment and vibe are great, with beautiful smiles and the use of outdoors for seating on a sunny day. The snacks and drinks were amazing. However, the lighting in the store has not been fully operational for months, making it very dark in the cafe and causing eye strain. The parking lot was packed, and there was absolutely no place to sit indoors, with only four small tables. Restrooms were clean and tidy. Customers beg for the lighting to be corrected, as it is hard to work in the dim seating area. Despite the issues, the staff is worth the wait.
