If your store is temp closed, go out to the highway and put a red tape over the sign so people traveling don't waste their time.

Order too very long to fulfill. I would have given benefit of doubt, but there seemed to be enough employees there to get things going in an efficient way. Good customer service, but it felt like our order was forgotten about and/or skipped over.

The staff greeted me when I walked in. I let the barista know I had a mobile order they said my order was almost done, 90 seconds later they are calling my name with a smile.

I was greeted upon entering, which felt genuine. The young woman who took my order was very polite and welcoming. I ordered the bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich along with a Flat White. The sandwich was very good, but the drink was not very good. It was on the bitter side, probably because the shot sat too long before being poured. It was a combination of weak coffee flavor with a watered down milk. It's a Hit or Miss when I order coffee drinks at most Starbucks. Either they are bitter or they steam the milk too long.

Last few times I've been there drinks not made correctly at all. Frappuccino was almost frozen had to eat with a spoon. Didn't know you serve pike coffee lukewarm. Will not be wasting my money here anymore.?

This store is the exact reason why people have a bad opinion of Starbucks. The staff is extremely slow and also rude. I came here the afternoon of Sunday Jan 14 during a freeze. The drive-through was busy so I went inside. There was only one other customer in line ahead of me but it still took 15 minutes to get my order. There were several customers waiting for orders. There were plenty of people "working" so I don't understand why it took so long to get the drinks out. There was a woman who had been waiting for her drink before I walked in the store. After about ten mins of me waiting there she approached the young man making the drinks and asked if her drink was coming out soon. She wasn't rude, sharp, or aggressive with him. He didn't even raise his eyes to acknowledge her and was silent for a few moments before asking her to repeat herself. I am not sure how he responded when he was asked again, but he was clearly inattentive and acted as if her question didn't matter to him. After a few more minutes the woman said "you know what, just give me a refund." and went back to the register. I saw no attempt by the staff to rectify the situation or try to keep her business. As she walked out the door the man who made the drinks sarcastically said "have a nice day!" for the entire store to hear. I get that working at Starbucks might not be the best job in the world, but there are worse things you could be doing and there is no reason to treat people like that. Afterwards I overheard the man and the female employee who gave the refund making light of the situation and talking disrespectfully about the customer. The staff is extremely unprofessional in addition to being inefficient and uncaring. I'll be going to Dutch Bros or finding other coffee shops in the future.

Sorry, but the novelty of Starbucks has worn off. And I'm getting fed up with coming in at 11am and being told they are out of dark roast coffee. That used to be the only coffee Starbucks sold! Now they want to push the god awful Pike Place garbage on everyone. Pike Place is pure swill and I can't drink it. So, and this is probably why they do this, I end up ordering an expensive latte to get some actual coffee flavor... This is getting old. So now, if I can find an alternative to Starbucks easily, I go somewhere else for real coffee and not the weak dish water they push here.

I have never been disappointed by any of my Starbucks purchases the employees are friendly patient and polite they have every variety of coffee u would want I'm a Starbucks girl I never start my day without a venti white mocha hot coffee expecially the one in Hutto

It's Starbucks so you know what you're getting drink wise, but this store is (and really always has been) pathetically slow. I mobile order before leaving my house in Round Rock and can make it to the store and still end up waiting for my drinks.Today, I ordered coffee while pulling out of the HEB parking lot and still waited for nearly 10 minutes after I arrived for my order. There was maybe 5 customers in the store and a drive through line of no more than 4-5 cars. I'll be back because it's Starbucks but honestly will try and skip this location as much as possible.I'm SO glad for the Taylor location opening. They're the best.
