What a rip off today.
My kid always orders 2 justaburgers and a large fry, so we know what it should cost. The employee at the drive through rang up 2 whataburger jrs instead, which was about $4 more than it should have been.
Upon being informed of what we actually ordered, instead of doing the right thing - canceling the order and ringing up the correct order- instead she gave us an “employ discount”. The meal was still $2 more than it should have been.

Waited for 30 minutes. Only gave me one ketchup! Customer service awful. Not going back! Not the quality I expect. Bad location. Take your money elsewhere or to another location.
