“I’m a huge wine snob, but also a life long Texan. Calais is the first winery that I tasted Cab Sauv at that held up to Napa. Most other Texas Cab Sauv feels very watered down and too fruit forward. Not Ben’s wine. Take the time and do the Cab Sauv experience tasting, you won’t be disappointed. We took home a case at the end and are already drinking a bottle at home and have zero remorse! Don’t sleep on this great winery!“

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff who guided us through the tasting room, showcasing a wide selection of their exquisite wines.
