“We absolutely love going to this sonic! The guy who works the window goes the EXTRA mile to make sure he got everything correct while expressing excellent customer service & friendliness. He deserves a raise because you just don’t get that kind of service anywhere anymore.“

“Amazing! Service is always fast and friendly when you walk into order. Cookie options are always available. Weekly cookie options appeal to different preferences on taste. I always enjoy trying all the different cookie options available every week!

PS: I recommend going in to order your cookies rather than doing curbside pickup. It was faster service than waiting on them to bring them to your car.“

“Best fast food place to ever exist. Doesn’t taste like fast food is the craziest part. I’d compare the taste to European fast food. Tastes light, fresh, delicious, and does not bog you down with that signature lethargy of most American fast food restaurants.“

“As far as food I have no complaints it's always a 10/10 but every time I go there is usually a group of people behind the counter just standing there it's usually a heavy set blonde girl ,a white dude ,and another guy

Kid-friendliness: My children love going the cashiers are always so sweet to them“

“I have dietary restrictions with dairy products. (I can eat yogurt) the girl helping was surprisingly caring and put in effort to make me something yummy. She had to substitute one thing and she figured it out. Much appreciated. I realize how odd it is for someone with dairy issues to go to Braum's. Lol. I didn't really thank her properly and I wish I would've.“

My friend, on the other hand, loaded down her funnel cake with extra toppings. They charged by weight so she was shocked at how much her's cost. Next time, I will try the frozen yogurt..“

Thankyou Shyanne for your diligence and putting a smile on my mothers face, godbless you and thankyou...“

“Visit the Sonic Drive-In in Burkburnett Texas, to go gets something for dinner tonight, and Man! They know how to serve and cook some good food, especially, I order the mozzarella sticks as a bonus to fill me up.
The food was very good, but the service was kind of bad, especially, the people should be more politely when serving.“

“The food is good but the front counter lady at 8:45 p m. on June 15th, 2026 is very rude! This is the 2nd time to visit this location when in town and she has been very rude both times. She acts like it's a bother to do her job. Very unprofessional!“
