“Amazing! Service is always fast and friendly when you walk into order. Cookie options are always available. Weekly cookie options appeal to different preferences on taste. I always enjoy trying all the different cookie options available every week!
PS: I recommend going in to order your cookies rather than doing curbside pickup. It was faster service than waiting on them to bring them to your car.“

“Best fast food place to ever exist. Doesn’t taste like fast food is the craziest part. I’d compare the taste to European fast food. Tastes light, fresh, delicious, and does not bog you down with that signature lethargy of most American fast food restaurants.“

“Double cheeseburger with fries, a shake made from your choice of ice cream, and a double scoop of ice cream in a bowl ran me $10. Bought some milk, sausage, and honey before leaving. All proprietary products of course. 11/10 food, dairy, and local goods wall to wall.“

“I have dietary restrictions with dairy products. (I can eat yogurt) the girl helping was surprisingly caring and put in effort to make me something yummy. She had to substitute one thing and she figured it out. Much appreciated. I realize how odd it is for someone with dairy issues to go to Braum's. Lol. I didn't really thank her properly and I wish I would've.“
“We wanted to give a shout out Cassandra! My husband and I went in there on our 31st birthday and asked to sample all 31 flavors and she was so awesome! We knew this was an absurd request but her and her team were all smiles and happy to help with our special day. So thank you so much Cassandra! The ice creams were all delicious!“

“Great on a warm day! Lots of toppings to pick from, associate greeted us even we entered. No line, and free samples if you’re not sure. Only thing I would change is that I got a wafer near the syrups to top my ice cream off and it was stale. No big deal since I only got 1 anyway. Highly recommended!“

“We absolutely love going to this sonic! The guy who works the window goes the EXTRA mile to make sure he got everything correct while expressing excellent customer service & friendliness. He deserves a raise because you just don’t get that kind of service anywhere anymore.“
