Cuzco Irving offers exceptional dining experiences with 5-star food and treatment. Friendly staff serve generous portions quickly, with a cozy atmosphere that features traditional huayno music from the south and live entertainment. The service, the Peruvian juices, and the food were top tier. The ceviche is truly only Peruvian and delicious, along with the ceviche carretillero, the anticucho, and the lucuma mousse. Despite the large number of people, they are very fast and friendly all the time. It is a place to feel like in Peru. While some dishes may vary, the restaurant's attentive owner and good service make up for any inconsistencies.
