The guy at the kwality icecream was not even giving icecream to taste even ye didn’t even give enough for tasting .. They were so mean .. I asked 2 times and they said only 2 times tasting allowed . This was my first time going there - i would not even give a zero rating to them that’s how bad service was . They were not welcoming at all and on top so mean behavior unacceptable.
Would never ever go back there - They don’t know how to treat customers

Kwality Ice Cream & Bakery is an amazing place for Indian ice creams, faloodas, and eggless cakes. The flavors are rich and authentic, especially the Malai Kulfi and Falooda. The pricing is amazing, and the quality is great. The Chocolate Cake is very moist and delicious. The Mango Kaldoo is delicious, and mango seems to be a main dessert. The custom cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted even better, with every detail crafted with so much care. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere feels lively on weekends. Customer service could be a little bit better and more attentive, but overall a great experience.
