We had to wait 6 minutes for the hostess to return to seat us. We got water but it took 17 minutes for the waiter to come to our table. When the waiter arrived he said bartender told him to take care of us. When he realized we weren't the ones from the bar he left us and went to the next table. The food was great, but the service was VERY slow. We were a party of 6 and throughout the meal had to pour our own bottles of wine and grab water from the side station. The server would disappear for 15 min at a time and no manager ever touched the table. Server would go to his other tables in the section multiple times, but walk past us over and over, when it was obvious we had finished food and ran out of wine.
I recently visited Knife Italian for a birthday breakfast on a Friday morning, and it was fantastic! Our waiter, Taaha, provided amazing, top-notch service. The restaurant's aesthetics were gorgeous, creating a lovely atmosphere.
The food was delicious, and I can’t wait to return to try the dinner menu. Overall, a wonderful experience.
