multiple bad experiences. First time, I got charged for something I didn't order. they put extra items in it, then asked me to pay for it.Today, I ordered half a sub and a soup. menu doesn't say but the employee insisted that half a sub can only be served on a sliced bread. what a joke.and watch out for extra charges. they tack it on.
Disorganized, was handed my bag but forgot the fries. I asked them to make them for me. Sat down at a table and opened my sandwich, it had no chicken in it. Went back to ask to add the chicken. Once I had my full meal made it was tasty. Needs better organization to ensure meals are handed off complete.

With new owners it has gone down hill they own the coffee shop as well. They're a husband and wife duo who has decided to cut back on portions and hike up prices. We've all noticed how this has changed. The coffee shop as well I asked for almond milk I pay the difference and they still use regular milk.
