With new owners it has gone down hill they own the coffee shop as well. They're a husband and wife duo who has decided to cut back on portions and hike up prices. We've all noticed how this has changed. The coffee shop as well I asked for almond milk I pay the difference and they still use regular milk. multiple bad experiences. First time, I got charged for something I didn't order. they put extra items in it, then asked me to pay for it.Today, I ordered half a sub and a soup. menu doesn't say but the employee insisted that half a sub can only be served on a sliced bread. what a joke.and watch out for extra charges. they tack it on.
