they changed the restaurant, it is now a fast food burger joint. No more table service with servers. everything is do it yourself. We won't be going back to that location

Horrible experience. I ordered 2 shakes nothing else and it took us 20 mins to get 2 shakes. There was no customer's before us or after us. Only one other family in restaurant and they already finished. The lobby was a mess and there was more than enough staff present. If they were more focused on doing their job the sitting around chit chatting maybe our experience wouldn't be as bad. Love steak and shake but definitely won't be back to this location.
