They made a vegetarian cauliflower based kung pao- was unappetizing (fried too long), over salted with soy and peanuts added were old. Other guest liked their burgers.
Food was tasty but portion sizes were small. The salmon was 5 oz but for the price it should have been 8 oz.
Restaurant was not staffed for a concert next door. Took about an hour to get drinks. Little over that for food that was Luke warm. Not servers fault. She had over 15 tables she was attending to. Not kitchens fault as they were pushing food out fast but no one was running it to tables so it just sat and died at the pass. Manager should have a direct line to the concert venue to know how many seats are sold and schedule staff accordingly for those nights. This is the second time that has happened with his specific location. Thinking of not going again.
Understaffed - Food took over 30 min and came out cold - not prepared to handle rush before a concert
Great food although a bit pricey. Very slow service from inattentive service. Plan for slow service.
Tasty food. A bit pricey and the waiter was slammed so service could have been better. Overall, recommended
Went here before going to a concert at Toyota Music Factory. They have a serious parking problem! We drove around a lot and luckily someone was leaving right in front. It was really busy but the food was very good. We had the spinach artichoke dip for appetizer and it was excellent! I had the Caprese Flat Bread that was so good and my husband had the pork carnita tacos. He said they were a bit dry but good flavor. The service at first was excellent but when it got really busy they kind of forgot about us. I would definitely go back but maybe to a different location!
We were THRILLED to find this place AND get a reservation at the last minute... before the concert event we were scheduled to attend! It turns out that the music venue was actually on premises a few yards away! WOOOOOOO HOOOOOO!
We enjoyed dining at this restaurant, the food was good and drinks were delicious. It's so convenient to everything in Los Colinas in Irving. We will definitely visit again.
I had a very good experience dining here.

Can’t even make a review on the food because we were never served. Went in at 2pm on a Sunday and were completely ignored while sitting waiting on the patio. Had two separate waiters come in and out and serve other tables without even acknowledging us being out there ( it was only three tables out there). The lack of hospitality that came from the restaurant was inexcusable, the unprofessional behavior made us leave after waiting for 15 mins for anyone to help us.

I had an amazing experience at Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill! My server, Kallie, went above and beyond to create the perfect atmosphere, making sure everything was just right. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed an appetizer, an entrée, and two adult drinks—all for around $60, which felt like a great value. If you’re a sports fan, you’ll love that they have March Madness games playing, adding to the lively vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!
