“This spot has become our go to location for Tamales and tortillas. The Tamales are amazing. I am forever getting them for my office and now have everyone going there to get them as well. We have tried tamales everywhere because they are one of my families favorite items and we will not get them from anywhere else now. Give them a try - they are truly the BEST!!!!“
“Living at Aris Market Square has been a great experience! The building is modern and well-maintained, and the apartments are thoughtfully designed with a lot of attention to detail.
The location is fantastic—being right in the heart of Houston, with Market Square Park and so many great restaurants and entertainment options nearby, makes life so convenient and enjoyable.
The amenities are impressive, especially the rooftop pool with its amazing city views. The fitness center and resident lounge are also great additions that really enhance the living experience here.
The management team and staff are always friendly and responsive, making it easy to feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team is always professional and helpful.
Overall, Aris Market Square has been a wonderful place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment in downtown Houston.“

“First time coming to Mariscos El General. Food was delicious, the black salsa was AMAZING. I ordered a cántarito and my boyfriend ordered a michelada they were so worth it. Our waiter Dylan took great care of us. Definitely will be coming back. We live in Katy and it was worth the drive. They also have live music and it was super enjoyable. Thank you Dylan and mariscos general.“

“This place was definitely a highlight in an otherwise lackluster trip to H-Town. I had the barbacoa burrito. It was delicious and could feed two. The habanero salsa was perfect. Hot, but not, can't taste my food, find milk immediately, hot. There were two aguafrescas (sp?) on tap. Next level tasty. Oh, and the staff of two were both cool folks. Lastly, it didn't cost a house note to eat. I found reasonably priced eats something of a rarity anywhere near the convention trap.“

“Miguel reworked a vegan (no meat. No dairy) sanwhich for me. Loved it! And well priced. Avocado, cooked cabbage & cilantro, with raw lettuce tomatoes on a sandwich bread. Naturally juicy. But I put the green & spicy red sauce in mine. Definitely should add it to the menu as "The Lady Be Migas" sandwich. ~ switch it out for a burger bun or a taco style. Muy delicioso! + I got a full side order of fries. He had the thick cut crinkly ones, seasoned. You can also get a small side of fries for extra $2. Custy Service ~ Very friendly. Good bilingual skills.“

“Sat 10/12 Visiting from California passing through Hobby on the way to ClearLake. Found this super cute gem! The staff immediately greeted us with a smile and were quickly seated in a booth by the bar. Waitress was really nice when we asked for recommendations on food and drinks, she went into detail. THE BARTENDER CRAFTED AN AMAZING TAMARINDO MARGARITA so good I ordered a second one and an ice cold tall perfect pour beer! We ate the birria flour tortilla quesadillas and they were tasty. Love the vibes, the music and decor. Insta worthy for sure plenty of photo ops. Try this spot you won't be disappointed.“

“Great service here. And plenty of parking when we came t 8pm on a Saturday. They are Cash only and made our order fresh. We ordered a torta with fajita meat. Only $10 a torta. Stop by and give them a try if you need a flavorful bite to eat downtown. You won't be disappointed!“

“I really like this cafe, it has a very cozy and homely ambience, very relaxing and cheerful. The coffee is also very good, each cup is freshly roasted, full of flavor and aroma. In addition, the waiters here are also very friendly and welcoming, they always greet the guests with a smile and provide a lot of useful advice and recommendations. All in all, this is a very good cafe and I will come here often to have a good time.“
