Terrible service. Ordered a bacon muffin and finally had to get a refund after waiting 16 minutes. Huge let down Chick fil A. Now I’m going to be late to work when I would’ve been there 10 minutes early
The staff at Jacksonville is always so polite! But I do need to brag on one specific employee who seems to always go above and beyond. It is always a pleasure when Lucas Everett is in the drive through. He is so pleasant and polite and really cares about his customers.
