“Brought 3 picky kids who originally wanted ice cream and left with three very happy children. The teas were awesome and the Oreo shake is 6-yr and adult approved and applauded. It's the atmosphere though, even more than the tea. The games brought me back to my childhood, and playing them with my own kids was a blast! we probably spent nearly an hour in there and the kids didn't even think of their electronics! That is success in my book! LOL! love this place! our first time going, and we will most definitely be back!“

I used to only go to The Teahouse bc they had a great teapress selection, however since they have updated their menu, they have gone downhill & do not carry any of my favorites anymore; their loss & your/our gain w The Bep!

Lastly the only reason I put 4 stars was due to their fivestar app. There has been 2 occasions where I had a free drink & it couldn’t be honored bc their system was down & another time on their app they were giving out free totes on Black Friday with your order that they didn’t honor even though it was not expired on my app.

“I visited this place yesterday. Not sure how long it's been there but it is currently fighting for my favorite place to get Bahn mi. The meatball bahn mi was.... wetter than I'm use to, but But BUT OMG the flavor is ALL there! That grilled pork tho! What can I say? If I lived closer I would be standing outside waiting for them to open....ev VA re day. Being the big back that I am there are thing I would do a lil different. But I'm telling this is one of them places that will be getting my money even if I have to dig in my couch, raid my car, rob my kids or just work like a good father. It took a while to get our whole order (abt 20 minutes) There seemed to be only 1 man working and he stayed busy the whole time we were in there. but the coffee with salted tiramisu cheese was so yummy! My toddler got a strawberry shortcake smoothie and said it was good. We also shared a bubble waffle. It tasted like a normal waffle but was so much more fun! We will be back!“

“The jasmine cream bubble tea actually had enough bubbles to last me through the entire tea! Tea itself was spot-on: I could taste the jasmine and the cream and it had just the right amount of sweetness. The chicken banh mi was delicious! Good, crusty bread with really tasty chicken and the right ratio of bread to fillings. The right amount of food, too. I was comfortably full but not overwhelmingly stuffed to the gills. 10/10, will eat here again! I’m looking forward to trying more of the menu :D“

So far everything is good and the price is fair. The staff is incredibly friendly, Ashley, Ruby and Thuy and the male barista have always taken good care of my family and I, and our orders are always correct. Even when we get a bit picky on certain items and how we want them. They always accommodate us. This is a great place. I’m usually always on the go so I don’t stay, but place is very nice and calm.
