Just a forewarning to ANY parents- this is not a child friendly establishment.
My 22 month toddler accidentally spilled water, and we TRIED to clean it up with the little napkins they gave us. We did not come back after this for a month or 2 because the owner was extremely rude to us and kept glaring after we had just paid.
Turns out, we dine today and she spoke to us and let us know they only serve food and not clean up after our children's mess.

Pho Bi is a restaurant with a limited menu, but the bun bo hue is the best in Houston. The pho and bun bo hue are super super good, with a taste only available in few places around Chinatown/Bellaire. The best spicy beef noodles in town come in very big portions. The bun bo hue is fantastic, very flavorful, and has lots of meat varieties. It is very spicy but the flavor is spot on. The pho is one of the best in Houston. Other dishes like rice and vermicelli are also good. The eggrolls and boba drink lychee smoothie are very good. The menu is not indicative of what is available, but check the sweets on the left of the counter. There is only one elderly lady working the front, so bring patience. The owner is super nice, and the service is the best. Bring cash to avoid the credit card fee.
