“Guys I’m telling you that this place is a diamond in the rough. Wanted to try a new place and thanks to Google I found this place. Wonderful atmosphere- was very calm when I went to eat. Good music. Lots of TVs with sports on. Mango margaritas were very tasty, smooth and sweet. Food was amazing. Had nachos, beef enchiladas, the toritos plate, and a King Kong burrito. All delicious. Very tender fajita beef. They also have doordash and uber eats available. Will definitely be back.“

I love that they added the new sautéed spinach as a side- super delish. Matt, the GM, is so kind, attentive, and just has the best customer service! “I ordered the flautas meal. It has 5 flautas and 2 sides of your choice. I got refried beans and rice. The rice was a little too salty to me but the beans were perfect consistency and had a good taste. The flautas were tasty and the sour cream lettuce and cheese topping were a perfect addition.“

“My neighbor called me and wanted fajitas and she wanted to go to Pappasito's Airtex. We are both widows and we had not been to that location in quite a while. We had about a 15 minute wait around 3:45. We got our table and our waiter was quick to attend to us. We got our drinks and appetizers ordered. When he brought our drinks and appetizers to us he took our order, we split an order of beef and chicken fajitas for two with extra rice and charro beans, then he asked if there was anything else we needed. We were fine. Our order came out quickly and he again asked how we were . He was very attentive and very pleasant making sure we were accommodated. As we were finishing our meal, he asked us if we wanted a desert. We were unsure, so he brought out the sample tray. We chose the ice cream balls rolled in coconut and pecans with caramel syrup drizzled on top. OMG, it was awesome. Just to let you know, the last time I was at Pappasitos was at Deerbrook and I took my son out for Father's Day. The service was not good and our waitress was no where to be found until we were ready to leave. My neighbor, June and I were very impressed with our waiter, Noah, and we will be back and will ask for him. He is knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant, professional and is doing a great job as he made our evening into an awesome dining experience He will be an asset to any business because he cares. There was so much of the food, I have enough for a second meal. The salsas are superb! My favorite was the green salsa. Tangy and spicy. “Since im a fan of taco trucks, I tried this one recently. The tacos were definitely on the much smaller side for the price but meat was delicious. I also got their hot sauces and spicy onions. I also ordered the chicken torta which I was not a fan of. Not sure but maybe it was the creamy cheese it in. Bread was good but overall it was very average.
They have nice picnic benches in a covered area which was great. Service was friendly and the lady taking orders understood English very well.
The food truck is in a parking lot so parking is mostly not an issue.“

“We went to the new location for the first time last night. I’m happy to report they have the same delicious food and friendly staff. There were 6 of us at the table. All food came out fairly quickly from ordering time and we were all served at the same time. It is saying a lot because the restaurant was packed at the time on a Sunday evening. The food was served piping hot. My teens are very particular about their tortillas and fajitas …they were very happy with the food quality and taste. The price is fair comparing to today’s food prices. I had the enchiladas en molé, mom had fish tacos, and dad had tortilla soup. So good! We will be back soon!“
