Mussels in white wine sauce were fantastic, tender, and tasty. Braised beef ribs nestled on top of freshly whipped mashed potatoes and gravy were described as the best ever. Texas wines are on the wine menu, which is wonderful. Chocolate crème brûlée was very rich but light. The waiter was attentive and provided recommendations, especially on items not listed on the menu. Bryan's definitely earns 5 stars for outstanding food and service, providing a memorable celebration.
