We were looking to try something new. La Mesa was pretty good. Lindsey is a great waitress and offered great recommendations. The food style reminded me a lot of Frijoles, but that's fine. The menu was smaller, but they offered all the staples.
We split the enchilada trio with borracho beans. The beef enchilada in green sauce was our favorite.
The atmosphere/dining experience was great. Love how spacious and comfortable everything is.

Lindsey is the best bartender, server, and food runner I’ve ever seen. She also makes a mean Mexican coke straight from the cooler.

Our favorite restaurant in the area! Alyssa is awesome and it’s amazing to watch her take care of the lunch crowd. Always have a smile and friendly demeanor.
