“Well I drive through Jourdanton everyday for work. Well today I decided that instead of my normal get some delicious tacos and go I would try their French Toast plate.. I don’t know if it was because it was a special but the two eggs were perfectly cooked and the potatoes had a nice crisp with a soft center and the bacon was crisp and tasty.. But the main item was what I was after. I’m not sure if it was the two Texas sized pieces of toast or that it had been grilled just enough or just right, but it could have been the sugary flavor that was sprinkled on top. But this by far had to be the best French toast plate that I’ve ever had. Thanks again👍👍”

“We proudly sell Poteet Country Winery wines, Ice cream, strawberry Jam, their fresh strawberries, blackberries that they raise at the winery. Jim Collums-Owner is an amazing man who always has stories of all the years growing up on the family farm. You will see windmills on the property as he has a love of windmills his previous generations built and maintained windmills. He is also responsible for moving the strawberry festival to its current location years ago. That story is absolutely amazing! The winery building is a one of a kind. Every where you look there is antiques which each one has their own story and Mr. Collums knows them all. The wine is the best in Texas and they oldest winery in Texas.
