“You don’t “visit” Doug’s Dive you accidentally end up there and somehow have the best night of your life. It’s the kind of place where time stops, logic disappears, and by closing time you’re best friends with a guy who swears he invented Wi-Fi.

The vibe? Pure, glorious chaos. The lights are dim enough to make everyone look hotter, the music hasn’t been updated since cassette tapes were a thing, and the crowd acts like they’ve known you since middle school whether you want them to or not.

Doug’s probably holding a full-blown TED Talk in the corner about why Bigfoot is real. No one questions it. No one wants to.

“Went with Texas Ice Cream for a company picnic. There were approximately 100 to 150 people there. Luke was our designated driver for the day. He showed up about 15 minutes early and set up. Very professional, a really nice, well-mannered young man. I highly recommend Texas Ice Cream for your events. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Ask for Luke, he'll definitely take care of you. The soft serve was a big hit with everyone at the picnic. They will definitely get invited back next year. Local staffing service.”

“The only thing about their food I find nasty is that they need to change out the oil in the frier more often then they do. If they did this at sonic the fried items would not taste like yesterdays leftovers. Their popcorn chicken is overdone to the point of burnt at times. Fhis is what I have noticed. The service is excellent and they have never gotten our order messed up it has always been spot on.”

The food was so good, I went back and got takeout too. Can’t say enough about the delicious, clean food! We had fish tacos, smoked chicken salad and a small Brussels sprouts salad. Picky eater daughter had the kids chicken tacos and raved! Yum!”

She managed our large party with ease, remembering everyone’s orders and making sure everything ran seamlessly—even with separate checks at the end. She had a young gentleman assisting her, but she totally ran the show, and her customer service was next-level. 2. Bianca, the GM, did a fantastic job coordinating everything ahead of time and making sure the evening was exactly how I envisioned. She even printed out the photo of my invitation I had texted her—just to match the vibe—and posted it on the door. Such a small touch, but it made me feel so special. 3. I also got to meet Vinh, the owner, who was so friendly and welcoming. From the drinks to the food to the customer service, everything was 🤌🏼. I couldn’t have chosen a better spot to celebrate my milestone birthday.”
