Food was late. Sweet and sour soup tasted different. 5 tables were not cleaned after people ate when we came in. Poor girl who was working by herself. Not impressed with beef with broccoli. Dumpling came in as warm and not hot..

Tried the combo meal for 4 persons and it was more than enough for 4. The popcorn chicken is a must try as appetizer or may go well with a cold bottle of beer. We also tried the Dimsum Dumplings but there were really very little choices. Over all, it was a good dining experience.

Went here and ordered 2 milk teas. We waited 20 minutes. Asked a lady about it and she rudely said, "They're having to cook a lot of stuff back there." Doesn't make sense that 2 milk teas would be delayed like that. Since we were meeting someone and didn't expect 2 milk teas to take half an hour, we cancelled our order, though THAT was another hassle and took a long time. The girl had to call someone to figure out how to cancel an order!! It's kinda sad- when we walked in we loved the vibes and planned on coming often to try all the different places. But now, sadly, I can't say I'll be back here. My time is too valuable to spend at a place that can't get 2 milk teas out in 30 minutes.

You can give it a shot if you're unsure about what to eat. The braised pork tends to be sweet and overcooked, while the green beans were undercooked, and we had to ask for them to be cooked more. Overall tastes are not bad, but the ingredients need to refine.

The waitress can't speak normally, and the little she says, she never explains to us how the restaurant works. The concept is awesome, but for a non ordinary restaurant, the first thing the waitress needs to ask is if it is our first time and then explain how it works. Owner, please understand that service sells more than quality food.

We tried a new place in Katy Asia town called AMA Kitchen where it’s supposed to have variety of different genre of food. We ordered dim sum and braised noodle and braised beef rice dish. It was not good. There was about 60% rice and uncooked braised pork fat on the plate with a few sprinkles of ground pork. The turnip radish cake was chalky in the middle as if the restaurant bought it frozen and just pan fried it to service the customers. The shrimp dim sum was so so. The noodle tasted weird and had perfume flavor to it. Will not be going back.

It’s really rare to find a restaurant that actually serves Taiwanese food so I was so excited to try it! The staff were so kind and I loved the Guabao and Taiwanese brunch items like the green onion pancake and Taiwanese rice ball. Was also surprised by the Vietnamese pancake from the other kitchen as well. Overall loved the experience and will definitely be coming back to try other kitchens too!
